the issue is everything is just too throwaway right now. yeah every patch has usually been a total gear reset but we used to get patches every 4-6 months, now if you aren't a high end player it's only like 2 months before some new invasionslop or buggy ass piece of shit experimental content comes out and just shits out hero gear for free. the total resets and the soft resets happen so often now it all feels totally pointless. and it's not just gear or gameplay but the world itself which feels terrible because the vast majority of people want the treadmill to at least look nice and not blatantly be a treadmill. the lore basically resets every major patch at this point, everything feels like a pitch for a different story that wasn't happening before the current patch and won't continue after it, it's like they just view everything to do with the story as transient as gear and that it can just be reset nonstop with no reaction or scorned attachment from players

The Starcraft shooter is getting cancelled. The Chief Jeet at Xbox is doing what she did with their not-E3 stream this year, announce games and then shut down the studios making them a week later. More Indian talent will backfill support for existing games as needed.
