Sous chef and Crimson God is pretty easy to stack bleed on but If its something like the needle king you might aswell give up on maintaining it even with sanguine desire. Thats why i've seen people lean more towards potency than count nowadays. The logic is that if the bleed stacks are gonna evaporate anyways might aswell let it have enough potency to deal proper damage with the little count it has.Though its not all lost. If you're particularly clever with evades and one-sided attacks you'll basically save half of your bleed count from unbreakables.
