I'm not a valve dickrider, I played 1.6 my entire life and skipped all the major cs revisions their horrible dev team cooked up, this is my first multiplayer valve game in 15 years that I've actually nolifed and enjoyed. So you force your opponent to attempt a predict parry. If they miss the predict parry, that's when you use the heavy melee. Its a simple 50/50 scenario where they either commit to a parry or keep getting slapped. You are not supposed to raw heavy melee unless the opponent doesn't have their parry or is stunned.

Take point blank to point blank him and tank his melee damage better, healbane to nerf his healing that he relies on, and I would opt for something that silences rather than slows, since his 2 can turn him into a rocket if he plays into it, with or without slowing items.
Toxic bullets should give anti-heal on hit and only the %health damage should require build up.

I'm not saying I'm a perfect player and that I make no mistakes. But I do think I am not the problem most of the time. I get teammates who are useless and LET the enemy team win. They hit camps while walkers (multiple) are getting shoved by enemies/waves. They don't participate in team fights and rarely ult or do anything of value even if they do show up. When they can or should help do something (ex: midboss) they don't show up and instead choose to run off to jungle for like 400 souls. I mean it's just genuinely crazy. You can't convince me it isn't a rigged system. The enemy team seemingly always knows what to do, how to do it, and how to play together. They jungle right, don't overstay their welcome, they shove together and make good plays like splits or secure rejuv after 2-3 kills. What's my team doing? Actually standing completely still on sidelane slowly killing a camp or mistiming a sinners so they don't even get the buffs. How is it fair?

Like I genuinely don't understand what you're saying? Again I don't think I'm the best player or "the carry" every time. I just think the game forces you to lose at times. You can literally just see how bad your teammates are, the bad choices they make, how they don't help even if you ask or tell them to. There is no amount of carrying a person can do to overcome these bad teammates; not all the time at least.
