WARNING ABOUT AUTO LEVEL AND LATE RECRUITING!!!Autolevel is super fucked up in this game. I have tested this numerous times using part 3 (the biggest way you can jump via auto leveling) and it definitely only takes their BASE GROWTHS. This means whatever class theyre in (Up to 20% growths in some stats) is ignored. This means characters can go from having +15 strength and +8 speed down to +4 and +10. This applies to recruiting late too, meaning recruit EARLY for the strongest units. This also explains why Guzzran is strong in the routes you get him early.
