Euler is pretty basic and fast,the "a" is for ancestral, where the sampler adds noise during the denoising steps so the images don't actual converge at higher step count, 'sde' is the equivalent for the dpm samples. the dpm + karras will generally get you something with crisper detail while euler + normal will be a bit softer. Anima has its own wants for sample and scheduler combinations, look at your checkpoint info and that should indicate what they do.
