One big issue with retail wow in regards to shield placement on characters is that blizz made shields float/hover due to adjusting with backpieces and other stuff. Maybe to 15 min like retaliation and shield wall, but definitely not 5 min. It just becomes another death wish then. Overall, I think the guy has very retail-like design views that would turn forever into another retail.
