Teresa looks pretty good for mark Allie since mark Allie has nearly 500% mark damage bonus from Wide Blade Arc and 3x mark damage emblems, so Teresa's huge attack buffs doesn't get saturated.The 25% attack speed bonus seems like it can be good since Allie does deal a lot of mark damage through her auto attacks from Overtime Chore's auto attack multiplier increase (Wide Blade Arc converts her auto damage to mark).Teresa also has pic which I have no idea how it works, but more aqua marks allows Allie to proc her special mark procs more often. Overtime Chore let's Allie's auto proc aqua marks so her only limit is the rate that aqua marks can be applied to the enemy. If pic has no or little CD for whatever reason, then it will massively spike Allie's damage as every other swing would be creating a new aqua mark for her to pop the next hit.
I don't quite like events that are tied to story chapters, because these never get re-ran.
