Like group A goes on vacation in May, group B goes in June and group C goes in July, so on and so forth.And this is obviously done so the company can maintain a reasonable amount of personel and keep actually FUNCTIONING.Fatshark on the other hand for some fucking reason sends the entire god damn studio out and just leaves the game to rot because of it.They don't even do the symbolic hotfix, so they could at least restart the fucking servers every 2 weeks so the fucking game runs smoothly.Many people complain about performance issues, and some of it is definetly hardware related from the player side, and some of it is bugs and glitches in the code.But the biggest contributor is running the servers 24/7 and never doing maintenance and rebooting on a timely manner.Tl;DR:Fatshark employees taking vacations is fine, it's good that they have nice work environment.What isn't good is that every time they go on vacation, they leave the game languishing and unsupported for months at a time.We saw this first hand with the Arbites DLC, they left an entire keystone UNFUNCTIONAL for like 2 months and didn't fix it at all until coming back after the 2 months.
