It turns your base tremor into something that loses count for getting tremor burst, which is not the case with other souls.First problem is that this is a complete brick in the Faust Everlasting fast kill setups, because it will turn every single instance into a lost count, you are definitely not keeping up count if you jumbled this soul together with the rest.Other problems is that it makes her general teams awkward. Now even in her charge tremor team there is Annetteya who is going to be consuming 2x the count with every skill just because she's not a noir, but she was made to work with them, and include every other tremor unit that you're also going to use here. The count is just not sustainable at the moment. We need at least 4-5 noirs for this to start feeling not bad.
