That's the main problem with this system. Even in an okay guild like his, where members are given swag, the benefits just don't compare to owning your own FC and collecting 100% of the profits. This man even says "who cares about gil" like the gil he's earning for them (by completing roulettes which fund ceruleum tanks which fund submarine expeditions) isn't what's funding his "free" gifts. They're literally taking the money he earns for them and giving him back a miniscule % of it. You can be okay with that, but I'm just saying the system is fucking bullshit. The minute yoshida dropped the housing ward update and made most of the wards fc only, my old community FC lost most of its members overnight just for the home ownership perks alone. Depends on when you're getting the players. I have a bunch of new players playing with me but they started before EC released so they have time to catch up. FF onboarding takes literal months unless you're nolifing it and they have jobs.

Once the datacenter update comes out that's no longer a problem, but that's also why I'm saying just go to a prefered world. Once you can talk to people across datacenters with a CWLS, once you can get duty finder to pop anywhere since you're getting aether and crystal queues on dynamis, it doesn't matter what world you're playing in besides if that world is famous for something like Balmung and Mateus are.
