The way the story is structured and how it kinda forgets about older agents for the most part, makes it seem like Wise (canon MC) keeps fumbling all these potential romantic partners. Zhu Yuan, Miyabi, Nicole, Lucy, Astra, Pulchra, Ye Shunguang, maybe I'm missing a couple more. There was clear romantic tension between the MC and all these characters back when they were relevant, but once you're done with their stories/hangouts they kinda stop showing up and if they do it's usually during small limited events in text only, and all the flirty dialogues are pretty much gone.If you apply real world logic you'd blame Wise for not actively pursuing any of these girls and them losing interest.
