One of the things I fucking hate about post-launch Overwatch that doesn't get talked about is how they essentially decanonized Reinhardt's design. We are given the impression this is his old battle armor kept chugging along by Torbjorn, but then they decide to use a completely new armor design for the animated short that has nothing in common with it, on top of always showing him without his helmet on and giving him that prominent slashed eye. And then they fuck up all of the designs in the fake non sequel and also age him another 15 years despite the story not progressing more than a few days at most since 2016.

You'll go from one team where your tank is positioned optimally, acts like he watches OWCS, and plays to the advantages of the map. Then the next game your Orisa is standing underneath the broken bridge on Gibraltar, falling over in less than 20 seconds.They're both the same rank, they are both "fairly" placed, yet one clearly has worlds more knowledge and understanding of the game. That better tank is trapped, and has been trapped, for years. No matter how many great games they have, they get these players who act like they're playing the game for the first time.Last night my team had a Mercy who kept ripping Rez right in front of everyone. When asked to be more careful they told us "A living DPS is more important than a living Mercy." Jokingly, yeah who needs a spectator, but in reality that is a PSYCHOTIC take.
