The self insert Master in the main story and some side story is even more of a beta bitch than Nikke's SKK, so they even failed at the harem protagonist department. That plus some really stupid changes to the gameplay that turned it into a proper JRPG to "buff the main damage dealer until you win" means that playing BD2 nowadays outside of the dailies is grim. If they ever lose their in-house artist it's all over.

Laplace is like the opposite of Rapi/Anis. There is so much build up for Laplace's strength and latent potential with no actual output. Rapi/Anis have no build up to their strength and they suddenly acquire it and get huge wanking/cool moments from beating the newest main stronger power scaled story antagonist boss. It sucks not being the main character of the game. Laplace is the main character in universe of nikke but that means absolute nothing compared to the main character of the story.

I swear every time I get knocked beneath 10% in solo raid, it's always just barely beneath, not even a fraction of a percentage point. With the recent shit about people cheating it would not surprise me if there's just enough cheating accounts to knock me out. And how convenient they always do it right at the last minute too. I've probably missed out on so many 10% borders because of cheaters and them being too incompetent to detect cheating, and it looks like that hasn't changed. What a piece of shit company, why even have a competitive mode if you're this bad at detecting cheating? Whatever, not like it matters that much since I use the golden dice anyway, just makes me look down even more on this incompetent company than I already do.
