Nah. He equiped an item instead of dragging it manually and the tutorial wouldn't go away. He relogged during the harpy exile quest and it went back to 0/10. The NPC from the rescuing dragon eggs and gathering books kept getting in front of the enemies not letting us click them or in front of the books and kept spamming "BEWARE OF THE CONDUITS" or some shit like that when you step close to a turret. And when we tried taking the ship back to stormwind it immediatly DISCONNECTS YOU and when you relog you're in the middle of the ocean.

some professions have really easy ways of farming knowledge points, like skinning and enchanting, as long as you keep skinning or disenchanting you randomly get items that give you points, but what about all of the other crafting professions??

If you have an addon, for example WeeklyKnowledge, it tells you how many of these catch-up points you have left.
Once you're caught up, you stop getting them.
Skinning and Enchanting are gathering professions (yes, technically Enchanting is gathering) and those act like herbalism and mining.
As for crafting professions, you are more likely to get knowledge as a reward from patron orders.
