I frankly think game companies should take a step back from doing early reveals. Before social media the only "fan engagement" to be had was waiting for E3 or TGS every year and buying gaming mags to see what was on offer. Now there's no surprises or secrets anymore because of the livestreams and constant social media presence. Someone is always trying to drum up "hype," and spoilers get leaked online within the first week of release.
