I don't understand healthy, un-injured Ps that are put into pain and soreness by standing up for a few hours. IMO the whole point of going to Japan is being on your feet 12 hours a day, powered only by rice, konbini sandwiches and noodles. Then you get a Yebisu or a Highball sit in an absurdly hot bathtub, and do it again the next day.I'd recommend endurance training over a bunch of leg-support junk from amazon though. Just stand up/walk for 8+ hours a day for 3 days and you'll get your wagee legs.If you're a fatP its win-win too because you can eat more without gaining weight if you're on your feet all the time.
