The bulk of the damage is from people's kits that deal the reaction damage. Stellar-Conduct is somewhat more interesting in this regard since it gives old characters a damage buff, but it's pretty minor (like 10-20% more damage after considering how much damage bonus a character would normally have) compared to a base damage multiplier on the reaction instead which is very strong. If the Tsaritsa is a support those 3 may be able to carry a generic Anemo or Cryo on-fielder, I suppose.

On the other hand we were given a lot of powerful free options to fill the teams, but yeah, so far I'm not liking how something like Odette + Raiden is looking for example, I used it last Abyss and it felt pretty weak. Yesterday, I was in a really bad place mentally. Then when I listened to the 6th anniversary theme song I immediately started crying. Because at that moment, it felt like I love all these characters, everyone in Genshin so much but they are not real.
