(Part 4/21)I remember the protagonist thinking about using his power just to keep looking at her naked... without exaggerating? I was thinking about dropping the whole game if he did it... I appreciated him having some human decency in that scene and not doing it... but her allowing him to go that far is what disgusted me.Him and Makoto's relationship development in this route felt really weird and fast-paced, even when considering the context... as a reader? I just couldn't see how she fell for him from their small amount of interactions... like, the route just started, when did she discover that she liked him... why did she like him?... All of those things didn't get answered and were left for our own imagination... while we were reading her route!...Her becoming a hero... now that is an interesting plot!... How was it dealt with?... We barely see anything about it.... I mean, this route tried to both force a plot-heavy scenario while also giving the biggest share of its time to the moege aspect... the result? Just weird pacing for everything.... like, I didn't see enough at all of her night activities, the route barely showed us any of it, it skipped over most of it and told us what was happening in such a fast way it felt like I was reading a TLDR...Now for the last part, and the one that annoyed me the most.... At some point, when she realized that she indeed loves the protagonist and felt jealous when other girls talk to him, she used her clock powers to turn into another girl and do something bad and put the blame on her, just because she seemed friendly with the protagonist... again, an interesting plot. To see Makoto, a girl who was confirmed to be one of, if not the strongest human on earth, who now also got magical powers... for her to turn into a yandere?... That could create lots of interesting plots!

Just that one act and then a TLDR section about what happened after that and then the ending of the route just hits us....... Ha?... You introduce the most interesting aspect of that route right at the end and just end the game right after it in a little bit?..... But why?.... Why this terrible pacing in the routes when the common route was so fine?.... Why introduce so many things in her route just to end up not delivering on all of them?.... What a bitter taste this left in my mouth!...I just felt really bad that I couldn't see more of her... I truly loved Makoto, cute looking, with a voice actress I never heard before and barely worked on any VNs... and just tons and tons of potential to go very far... all thrown away by trying to fit as much as possible into her route when the game routes are all short and will get very hurt from just throwing every plot and praying some of it will stick and make the reader like it...But even with all of that being said, her route wasn't bad for me. (Part 6/21)Before I leave her route, I talked about how the protagonist doesn't utilize his powers like a normal human being, this route got 2 good examples of that:-When Michiru challenged Makoto to a duel... why couldn't he ask her to make some type of rule so that she doesn't use her powers?..... He knows the whole situation and how Michiru not being able to smell her when she changes her appearance would be a killing blow to her. Why not tell Makoto in secret to have this rule?... Like I knew he would use the clock to go back in time and fix this whole situation, but couldn't him telling her that since the beginning have been productive to how he can instead use the clock if Michiru somehow still lost?... Which btw, seeing how truly strong Makoto is, she would have still won that match. But at least I would've seen the protagonist utilizing his power instead of just... wasting everyone's time?...The other example is when Makoto broke the window while pretending to be someone else ..... So everyone in the whole class/school cared, and he didn't even though he is thinking about Makoto the whole time and he doesn't see her in class and couldn't contact her?........ Imagine if he cared since the beginning, and then just used his powers to see that happen at the start and try to stop it..... But what we got instead is some BS that led up to her not getting punished for it at all, and somehow Misaki not getting in any trouble even though she is the only suspect and the whole school got no other suspect... you know what? This whole plot was thrown out of the window (no pun intended) as if it never happened or no one got bothered by it when in Japan, something like that is quite big.... guess I'm teaching the Japanese writer about their own culture now?......
