To continue with the discussion because I think it was interesting. If I could just retry the fight without doing Chaplain first, I would try different teams. Using my team of >Caposault>Valenrodya>Heathcio >Dawn office >Liusang I didn't have too much trouble. Took me two tries, but I desire to compare strategies. I have an uptie V lifetime stew on my Sinclair, so I had cheap healing that constantly generated more than twice its resources spent; same during the fight with the Chaplain, so I was swimming in resources plus Rodya's own healing egos like sunset and the indicant trial EGO. The minions didn't give me any trouble because I would stagger them the turn they spawned, since Pwie dropped their health to half and then Meursault would use crushbound past, or I would have Yi Sang use his Trichiliocosm or Rodya's trial, etc. I had egos for them, so I didn't have to worry.

Yeah, it looks like PM is making a concentrated effort to move the meta away from status effects as damage and more towards just using your skills to do damage. Passives of either "Status potency and count is capped" or "Take less damage from status's" have been the norm in refraction railway and reflectrial for a while now, but all three of the part three bosses had one of those. So it looks like they're going to be nerfing raw status damage for every single significant encounter going forward and forcing you to focus on ID's that just have high damage in general
