The items arent too important besides stacking ability range with trophy + ballistic + mystic expansion. You want to maximize the amount of times your bomb lands on people and increasing the radius is the best way to do that. ballistic is so good because it amplifies itself each time it hits people and then the biggest damage final explosion benefits from all the weapon damage you've accumulated in the fight from berserker/ballistic etc.

Just max your 1 first and buy what I mentioned and youll be golden.

Most kits are really straightforward and once you understand how game works it will be really obvious what role each character is.
Like, Paige able put a shield on allies and her spells are CC and area denials.
Rem can heal, buff and lacks in offensive capabilities.
Obviously both characters are mainly supports (they can still dish out decent damage if you build them accordingly).

Billy has a gun with relatively long reload time and ability that restores bullets from his melee attacks. Obviously he's a bruiser dps.
etc etc etc.

again, playing the game is enough to learn the archetypes.

Playing gun heroes is just so weird. I was training Wraith in Street brawl and i was shooting people, throwing cards, using everything i had and it just felt like i wasn't doing damage. I could never properly kill anyone. I figured i must have been missing a lot of shots, but then after the game i had 72k damage. I just don't get it, it feels like i'm not doing anything but at the same time i had double the player damage of anyone on my team
