Tomb Kings armies feel unfortunately like dogshit thanks to the early game low unit variety and it being difficult to scale that in the mid-game, by the end game it’s already over and you won right when you start getting an interestingly diverse roster. Welves roster is my most fun to actually play in battle and I almost never auto resolve playing as them.

Your attention needs to be on Vlad asap. After taking Marienburg so I could get the grenade launcher unit I got like 5k gold for peace with them and then gifted the city back for like another 4k gold which went a long way. They die eventually to Wulfric but by the time he comes down you should already be nearly done wiping out Vlad and can turn back that way and deal with him + Grom/Skaven in Bret lands.
