Are these a mix of skins from previous battle passes ? basically the way the costume coin shop works is >always available - all of the epic quality skins that were in the game on launch, 1 per hero>limited availability - the first skin each later hero launched with, cut off after a certain date All of these skins are constantly available for purchase with normal currency so don't worry about rarity or anything like that. A few of the skins in the costume shop are legendary quality, which means they're a bit more expensive to buy without the costume coin and they'll change some stuff like sound effects, but it's just a matter of preference
