Maybe reducing damage overall across the board would be good, but round length right now feels good as well.Everything needs a bit more of recovery, though. Especially 66LYou can scream "BETTAH GAYM" all day, but Rising has many things I like, and as much as it isn't perfect, I bet that old game also has all manners of dumb bullshit as well.

This game removed any semblance of execution barrier. Bufferable dash attacks? Combo structures that are basically auto combos? This is why there's 0 variance in gameplay and character weaknesses become even more relevant in game. In other fighters there's always a barrier whether it be execution or experience. In this game everyone has hit the ceiling, so the weaker characters get shit on due to their weaknesses. Typically tiers are mostly meaningless outside of high level but in this game you hit that plateau after a couple of hours if you've played any other fighting game before. It's boring to watch the same characters do the same shit every other match, it's like watching a rerun of a show you used to like over and over.
