The beastman lore that I was introduced to was that many peasants get mildly infected with chaos corruption and as a result give birth to deformed beast-babies. They then, instead of killing the baby or raising it themselves, take it out and abandon the baby in the woods, where it is then picked up by beastmen and raised to be a monster, getting vengeance on a world that threw them away.

It's a cute story, though it probably is incompatible with a half dozen other beastman origin stories people will throw around.

It'd also make sense if these 'docile beastwomen' were, rather than vanishingly rare, simply not commonly seen by the average empire soldier (the point-of-view of most warhammer media) for the same reason they don't commonly see the women of most races and factions; because it's WARhammer, and most of the people in a WAR are men.

The celts or whoever probably didn't see a lot of norse women 'cause it wasn't the norse women coming in on boats to pillage them.

In my last YinYin campaign, I had military alliance with Miao, Zhao and Yuan bo.
Yuan just sat around.. sometimes took a minor settlement..
Zhao was being beaten down by grimgor but kept sending armies..
Miao absolute dominated chaos past the bastion. She took like 2 settlements a turn, countless armies everywhere..
And in my Neferata campaign I allied with Tretch who obliterated all greenskins with a single stack.
If they actually were turned to stupid, this wouldn't be possible.
