So if I start a new game today meant to go through everything including the DLC...is there a downside to doing it now and not waiting a few days? The new dungeon places added to the normal map are higher level than early game so I wouldn't be getting to those in a few days of casual play until release, the hair and tattoo choices are already in, The 6 moves vs 4 moves is already in, there's no new mechanic from the ground up from the DLC that'll be missed out on starting now in the early normal game not in the Norgan region, etc. I feel like I'm missing something and will fuck something up by not waiting a couple days but I'm bored and anxiously waiting and ready to put in some time in the creator for a full new playthrough today.

Spearhands Shield should really be more like a damage reduction rather than a flat 0. Same with Formless Feint. I hate to nostalgiafag but many vocations in DD2 have considerably more poorly planned things in them compared to DD1. Those two skills,Archers need for crafted special arrows Trickster in general and Warfarer is a mistake of a Vocation.

Fangtooth can combo right after the foin, seeking blades can be attached to anything for more damage, the stamina drain hand move fuels the high stamina usage of fury/speargun, enemies frozen with foreboding bolt also now take more damage from certain ranged attacks, and so on. You can paralyze with foreboding bolt, warp, heavy finisher, then chuck them away with humble offering to hit another enemy. Maybe follow up with speargun if they're somehow still alive now that you've created distance to charge it.
