I have quit this game for over a year now because the devs are genuinely stubborn and retarded. I played exclusively killer only for about 4 years and I know this game will never be fixed. As long as the power gap between killers exists you can never balance this games perks. Trapper is not equal to nurse, you cannot balance the game in the state it is in. Buffing any and all killer perks will only push the already shit stomping killers up far higher, while only slightly elevating the shit tier killers who can barely scrape out a win against decent players. Gen regression perks function fundamentally on a different level on a killer who has to walk across the whole map to use them as apposed to killers that can just tp anywhere. These perks will slowly get shit stomped back down until they are mundane and unused again because as always bhvr treats the symptom of the problem not the actual problem. Nurse blight etc. do not need good perks to win they can win on purely piloting the character well, but shit tier characters like trapper and clown NEED these perks to stay relevant. So when they inevitably get stomped back down into the shitpile, the top tier killers will still be the problem while the shit tier killers just get nothing, again. This dev team is fundamentally retarded.

They could do so much more honestly, make survivors skins (maybe for compensation, make it so that "survivor prestige" goes to level 10k in exchange for all surv inventories being merged together), make all licensed killers just skins for an "OC" base layer so every killer power can actually just be grinded for instead of some being locked behind aurics/DLC, etc.

Nothing is going to be influenced by Stranger Things because, ultimately, it is entirely derivative of better media from the 80's and doesn't even try to hide the fact that it is ripping those things off. They might have a few specialties, but you just can't be wholly competent with only 1k hours.

I know I suck but also you'd think the matchmaking would pair me with people of similar skill instead of people with 10k hours.
