I don't understand Baba's ult. What's the point of the enemy turning into a pigeon? It doesn't seem like they take increased damage when in pigeon form, in fact they're hard to hit at all. They just float there for a few seconds and it looks weird. Her 3 requires her to be very intentional with it, which means she's usually down a cooldown in most scramble situations. She's very reliant on her ultimate to do real damage until she hits a midgame power spike, and her ultimate isn't that great either. She's losing lane to characters like Haze right now. It's really not great

Baba's ult has the potential to be really strong. Sinclair might get a little too strong again and should be looked at for another round of nerfs to round them out a bit and fit with the rest of the cast. Bolt damage is still too strong and stealing Baba ult on 60% CD with his usual items is a recipe for disaster in eternus ranked.
