For a tank you can get away with either Kommy or Snorky. Snorky does a ton of damage, but also moves around a lot and can lead to your mid/backrow getting swarmed. Kommy is a lot tankier but all she does is soak up damage. Hilde is good at healing but is cuttable now with Joanne+Yomi.Blanchet does great damage especially with her item. Kidian does too but dies easily. Risty and Ashur both have mediocre damage but have AoE stuns. Barie can buff Xion and do nothing else but that's already decent. Rim needs her Y2 to be good. Festa can sometimes let you survive bosses that would otherwise oneshot everyone.
