Traphase Report: So I did end up finishing The Magic of Stories side chapter some days ago. It was a cute story and it felt surprisingly refreshing and wholesome to just see the kid characters being kids. The ending in particular put a smile on my face. I also really love Lotan's role in this story. Up to now I thought she was cool but admittedly a pretty one-dimensional fightfag, but her being the team mom in this storyline felt like a whole new side to her which I really enjoyed. So with this I've finally unlocked Midsummer Vision for Traphase.

And it wouldn't seem like that scenario would come up too often, but out of my 6 most recent wins this posse did nothing FOUR times. What a mess.I'm keeping the posse on for now because I really like the idea of what it does, it has perfect synergy with my team and what it's trying to do, and I just don't really have anything better right now. But man, could they not change it to at least always draw a card?

UI elements are encrypted but sounds are just lying around. newer awakeners don't have files in the game same way that older ones do. not sure what the actual purpose of this is beyond playing with awakeners before they're released. total cost so far $5 in tokens.

and here's one almost nobody knows:it's understood that there's a reshuffle limit in this game. the limit is card-based - cards can be reshuffled from discard to draw pile once per turn, and this includes a reshuffle that occurs due to start-of-turn draws. so if you have a retained card at start of turn and discard it it can be reshuffled all on its own.here's the part I'd never heard of: generated cards cannot be moved from discard to draw on the turn that they're generated. if you generate and discard a Pilot, you cannot redraw it that turn. after the turn it's generated, it can move from discard to deck once per turn like every other card. similarly, if you play a gland division, you can never draw the generated gland division on the same turn.this is why you've never played Countdown Moment five times in a turn by drawing into it repeatedly, because it's not possible to draw the new card the turn it's created without fetching it with a reunion's wish or ramona exalt or something similar.
