For Rogue, in pve, Orc racials clear the other Horde options easily right? Even without using an axe it seems better than Troll or Undead. Unless that leech ability Undead gets scales really well when you're dual wielding and attacking fast or something. It is a shame Troll seems pretty bad, the super bandage is probably alright for levelling but the haste buff seems weak on a 3 min CD.

To be fair if classic is anyway too look at, it died off really quick after the launch month. So blizzard now knowing this can invest big into making the launch as big as possible for Forever and get their money upfront, knowing their is a heigh chance that 80% will drop off rather quickly.
