I actually think the exp changes for dungeons favours the first few dungeons that have 5-6 quests (for horde at least). But you're going to feel it when you do dungeons with less quest which aren't that many. The only place that really gets fucked by this are the individual wings of SM. Unless you consider doing all of them one dungeon.
