Verona being able to prepare food while Lestea is deathresting frees up a lot of the strain from before. Even if there's an appreciable chance of food poisoning, Lestea doesn't need to worry about anyone literally starving to death because no one but her can cook.Between Cleo and the kids, the only jobs that still can't be done when Lestea's out of action is construction and research, but that's still quite an issue because they have no means of advancing technologically or expanding the ship. Even when Lestea is awake, research is slow because her attention is already spread thin. They're also pretty dependent on Lestea being around in the event of raids.

Dwarf planets don't do this so there can be a lot of other shit floating around in the same orbit. An asteroid belt presents a lot more area to hide a pirate base than a planet.

Second gravcore has been secured, along with about 165 panels. Adelheid was a pretty big help in getting them hacked despite her idiosyncrasies. The ship should have a big enough budget now to accommodate a barracks and kitchen area, though a dedicated Deathrest chamber is likely still out of reach.
