Nothing is solved here, it has always been a simple show/hide hair toggle that you could mess with in model viewers back in 2005. There is no extra tech, they just made the hat incredibly large so it's less likely to clip with anything. Obviously the no brainer solution is to just implement the hair toggle in the transmog UI, it would unironically be less than 15 minutes of work, and they can't claim that all the dogshit clipping that would be possible is a dealbreaker when they're selling $25 mogs that have dogshit clipping on every race.

Void is consumptive but can be held in check and can simply be fed from other energy sources. Unbound void creatures try to eat living things because they are the best food, but so does like, a bear. Void left unchecked is hugely destructive and dangerous but it CAN be contained and controlled.

Fel by contrast can be controlled and directed but it ONLY FUNCTIONS by consuming life. You cannot cast fel magic without killing something at some point. Want to open a gateway? That'll costs a sacrificed soul, or thousands depending on how big.

Lots of people I know don't play wow anymore because its too spastic and revolves around endgame speedrunning and weekly chores.
The raid bosses have too many mechanics for non-"pro gamers" to enjoy them and the absolutely formula driven, M+ based dungeon design has caused many people including myself to just not do pve anymore. Modern WoW is designed for 45 minute play sessions and spastic no attention span zoomers who start to freak out if they're in the same place for an hour.

I know **tons** of people who quit wow during the period when M+ design and RWF raid design was taking over the game. Many of those people were not interested in classic and are interested inforever.

People want an open world MMORPG with dungeons and raids. Only younger people raised on lobby games want dungeon lobby city afk simulator.
