The games have never utilized EX weapons well and you know there'll be one or two that are vastly superior to the others. At least we have damage kudos now, but what I'm excited to see is whether we've just replaced one monotonous playstyle with another only because the arbitrary number in the upper left tells us it is by far the only viable way to play. This is from the same guy who made AC after all, and GV3 became nothing but AC even with Kirin's whole Zero kit. Arc chain and Arc chain accessories.

Doing anything else is objectively slower, exposes you to more risk and drags out boss fights. Especially in GV3 where enemies have absurdly large health pools.
