Fights took a lot of time. Ragnaros for example took over 3 minutes, which was so unheard of that Turtle Wow changed the 3 minute submerge to a forced percent submerge because every guild would skip submerge and kill in under 3 minutes. That particular time is likely because they lost their top and third top DPS.The other time sink is deaths to trash. It causes pauses between pulls when you need to rez the dead after every trash pull. In typical fashion DPS does not go all out on trash, so if they're pulling threat on trash, it's a tank problem or they're attacking the wrong thing, and possibly a healer problem if they can't keep up with the entire raid. I can't really diagnose what's going on there 100% without really digging into the logs deeper than I care.Still for their first clear they deserve a congratulations. I've seen worse first clears.
