So I just finished Part 2 on Dietrich’s route on Hard/Classic. I only did his route and then I started part 3 because I wanted extra challenge. I don’t understand what they mean by “Cai & Theodora have joined you in a ‘limited capacity’”though. Am I supposed to just ignore leveling them altogether in Part 3 if I skipped their paths?
