The story would be better if you removed it entirely and instead just gave every character a Trauma Code, and each Season's character's Trauma Codes would overlap slightly, telling the Season's story.It could even have a "mystery" element that might generate actual discussion, as we see the events unfold from the first 2 character's perspectives, waiting for the last character to release so that we can find out what actually happens.

AI generated english translations, AI assisted character designs, korean fans shitting on the game and forcing the CEO to apologize, the lovecraftian writer getting fired and leaving behind a dogshit story, people who came for the horror setting quitting because they didn't like the game's gooner direction, nerfs driving away chinese players and hurting revenue, japanese players gradually leaving too, a dogshit battle pass that's barely worth buying, launch era 5 star Partners being weaker than some 4 star Partners, deck farming taking an absurd amount of time, dupes and epiphany being way too RNG heavy, a system bug that once allowed any card to become a god epi, and a roadmap released to rebuild fan trust only for some of those plans to be put on hold even now. Despite making more money than E7, CZN seems to receive less investment, which you can tell from how much AI is still used in its art and how its character designs get mogged by E7's. I still love this game, but I really wish the devs cared more about it. I get the feeling SG doesn't give much of a shit about CZN.
