OK, I finally watched Kommy's event and it sucks but I don't believe that the things people have been saying about it are true. Kommy's just up to normal Elias shenanigans taking advantage of others, and then gets punished by Diana and apologizes. If Korean players melted down over this it's the same faction of autists who hold a grudge here over Tig being hecking rude! instead of a consensus.It's the pacing and presentation that make it bad. Kommy just pops up out of nowhere and says "I'm going to do build a beach resort" then 80% of the rest of it is just them doing hard labor with Kommy cracking the whip. There's no build-up of the problem that's supposed to be resolved by building the resort. There's no scene where Kommy discovers the solution. There's no build-up as Kommy gradually becomes more of a slave-driver.The presentation is just boring. There were some jokes with good potential but none of them have any impact because as it was a very early event in Revive, 95% of it is just the two characters standing in the center of the screen in simple poses talking. Zero puppeteering of their models, few animations used, no sound effects, little changing of the BGM, few CGs, etc. Also it must be the directing was bad because the voice acting was very flat and boring all the way through in spite of Kommy/Beni+Erpin's VAs being able to put on great performances.It's definitely not up to their current standard of quality and is sorta boring and I think that's probably why it has been cut/delayed instead of any sort of sensitivity concern.
