I haven't played in a couple years and I have no idea what I'm doing but I know I'm missing a lot of important Dolls. I grabbed Mityl already; are either of the other two worth getting for me or should I just save? Liushih seems like she'd fit in well but I already have a lot of Hydro units and I don't know who she'd replace. Cheyanne's playstyle seems fun but I remember Physical being kind of underpowered last time I played.

Meta-wise, both are a skip. Cheyanne can deal a lot of damage, but she dies to a gust of wind and physical sucks outside of very specific comps, which she is not a part of.
Liushih offers a signature, which uniquely provides health instead of attack. It can be good on a v6 Springfield, but it's very much a luxury investment.

Your dolls are underleveled and underdeveloped. You should catch up on all the ways to increase their stats, because those matter a fuckton. Many dolls are almost reaching 5K attack at this point.

Wait until the OTs-14 rerun in a couple banners, she has powercrept everything up to date and is immune to powercreep herself.
Welrod is a total skip, Sextans is good at v0 as long as you have a golden sword, QJ and Tololo are still queens of standard and they keep getting buffs.
