I hope these new water dps are actually good. Seems like they went all in on fire and lightning on release, grass was mid until Irisalis. Still haven't found a good ground team to invest into. So is it pointless to invest mats into a DPS Aniimo's break stat or not? People say it is, people say it isn't, is there no confirmation either way? Someone said somebody data mined the information on the game, and it shows that the game will only pay attention to attack or 80% of break, whichever number is higher. So its a bunch of wasted stat points pumping it into break

These things feel like the rarest materials by far in this game to the point where I'm not sure it's even worth using them on mons that aren't 10/10 out of the box or just fully limited units that you won't ever get a better version of.

A DPS can always invest in break if they need to stagger enemies because you have no breaker. A break unit shouldnt invest in ATK because their break stat is usually higher than ATK.
