Other parts of motion sickness is caused by eye strain (use eye drops prior to putting the headset on and additional when taking a break), being too hot (bobo vr strap with a fan helps, but you may need a standing fan), empty stomach (oddly enough a full stomach helps with motion sickness and an empty stomach makes it worse).
