I haven't run Icebind for splicers yet, but I also have a felarx question. Gas or blast? It's currently toxin, heat and cold. I was planning to make it get 0% crit, but I think that I'll hold it for a little.
Splicers are cool but I kinda lost the interest after rolling two rivens. Because good weapon don't need rivens to kill everything nearly instantly. And for a bad weapon even the most perfect riven would not be enough to bring them up to the level of good weapons. So the whole system feels pointless.

You are never staying on the ground in warframe, and Atlas is constantly jumping in the air because that is the fastest way to get in range to punch people He sucks as a health tank. Missing even one health means you get zero armor from his rubble pickups, the healing is a fixed 50 per rubble (75 on petrified enemies), it does not overflow into armor, and he is immortal while punching already. His two sucks. His three also sucks. 50% locked damage vulnerability that you cannot apply to overguard or bosses because the damage vulnerability only happens on petrified enemies. His two is unironically better because at least it procs arcane sculptor (which he does not need). His four sucks unless you are using the rumbled augment, which you should be using in all Atlas builds. The rumbled augment allows him to 'punch' (throw rock) at enemies that he is not allow to target with his one, and condition overload multiplies with primed pressure point when throwing rock specifically. It is very easy to get his rock throw to hit in the tens/hundreds of millions, or even damage cap.
