The problem with powercreeping Perlica is that it will genuinely set a new bar/precedent for powercreep (which will happen *eventually* mind you). It already doesn't get much better than "0 SP cost free electrification reaction". There's literally no "safe" way to iterate or improve upon this without going vertical. On top of the fact that it's standard practice to spec her out with arts intensity, meaning her lvl 1 electrification debuff is more like a lvl 3 or 4 in practice

Honestly as a new player learning how to play this game is pretty annoying. Every time I look up a guide a character's team specifically only works with a set combination of other characters so the guide is useless to me if I lack one of those characters.
