Archer becomes kinda fun when you get bow with Battle Frenzy 4, shit actually starts dying and you also get BTFO from any stray fart. Keeps you on your toes. Archer is one dodge cancel ability/button away from being 10/10 tho, too clunky for now.And that Maister Cloudburst ability you get from Obelisk ghosts is amazing against hordes of trash, i.e ghouls, wish I got it sooner.

>>584753380Fighter skills are finnicky, you have to pay attention to pawn AI and make sure not to slot certain skills because each inclination has its preferred skill usage, and sometimes that gets them killed. I try to only slot skills that deal damage. Stuff like pawns grabbing enemies and being "up there" is their way of trying to force the boss to stagger. Same shit happens in monster hunter with actual people. You want to pair red vocations with archers because archers can force a stagger when aggro is taken off of them. Thiefs can also force a stagger, but I'm not used to the new mechanic to say if it's good yet.

>>584753380Fighters are suposed to be aggro tanks, their entire purpose is controlling the crowd by making it follow them so you have a more personal time with the boss, or they can also work as a decoy for your two archers to rape whatever gets close to your fighter, you can build an entire team around a good fighter with great resistances you just have to equip them with healing items or use healing skills to keep them going, the only thing you should avoid on a fighter tank is precision shield if you dont have a shitton of stamina items and bellow 30% slash resistance, also avoid battle frenzy 3 and higher.
