the trick for turning someone into a pet is to hit them until they realize that they can't stop you. it's best to do this while they're tied up or restrained in some other way, but that's only to make the realization sink in faster. at the end of the day, the whole point is that, even if they tried as hard as possible, even if they cried and struggled and bit and scratched you as hard as they can, they are physically incapable of stopping you from doing whatever you want to them. their brain claims to have control over their body, and you need to make it clear that's no longer the case. their body is yours. and as you hit them, you can see a change take place.they slowly stop struggling. they slowly stop fighting back. their arms curl inwards, their hands clench into desperate balls, and they stop acting as though their actions are able to control what they're going through. you can't stop quite yet, though. personally, i enjoy the noises they make a this stage the best- they're much gentler, more subtle, more desperate, less calling for help and more an involuntary expression of their hopelessness. and then, you can stop hitting them. they'll act confused, at first, while you wipe up their tears and blood, straighten their clothes, softly caress their bruises, but eventually, once they realize the pain is over- and most importantly, that the pain is over because YOU CHOSE IT TO BE- then they start to really cry. and they _attach_ themselves to you.they end up grabbing any part of you they can cling on to, clutching at your shirt and sobbing into your chest, curving their body just so, allowing the maximum amount of surface area to meet with their "savior". and that, that exact moment, is when you kiss them. and then they're yours forever
