It's so weird seeing all that as someone not playing on those servers. Like both servers sound bad honestly.
On one hand you have some server advertised and released as soon as Turtle announced that they were closing to be sure to get as most players as possible. The dono shop and system being their priority and first thing they touch from Turtle leaked source. Supposedly a restoration project, but not open sourcing their stuff, and lagging behind the actual open source restoration project, likely copying it. Vibe coding everything. Nerfing weird stuff to pull the ladder.
On the other hand, you have some people coming from seemingly nowhere advertising that they have real source code. They release a server way too late when everyone is already playing on Octo. They do have original source, probably bought or leaked somewhere, but just like Octo, no developer. They don't even try to announce a patch or new content that was planned to bring people on their server, they simply host it and do nothing. They should had at least bought the characters database, but likely couldn't as their source was Chinese server.
Both servers are shit IMO, Ravencraft being slightly technically better if you ignore the population issue, but they are not the continuation of Turtle, just some shit rehost with bad owner.
