Is it just me or this event's point rally is like significantly more competitive than past rallies?I usually sit comfortably around plat just by expending my default boosts but now I'm not even reaching gold.Am I missing some new bonus mechanics?

Save as many rolls as you can, look up the best possible meta team for your oshi and blow all your gems when you can reach 2 or 400 pulls for pity. Even then you will have to blow a couple of stores up live boost drinks but you have to be smart with your pulls.

Whales can spend as much money on shitty swimsuit units all they want, but if sometime in the future you have a fully meta b5 team of regular units you can compete. If they decide to ramp up the powercreep in the future to squeeze more money out of people then it will get harder ofc.
