>>585403107nah the modding is very easy, it's all drag and drop from zip files or maybe 7zips if it's a big one like the content backport. most of the configuration is through the f12 menu ingame but for some mods you'll need to edit a text file. fika exists which is what you're asking for there for multiplayer but i have no experience with it myself and not all mods work with it. if you're ok with playing separately the quartermaster trader exists which basically adds a trader anybody with it installed can sell stuff to and then the sold stuff will pop up on everybody else's version of the trader to buy, that's as close as you're getting without fika.

But yes, each of those mods you downloaded will have one or two folders, either spt_runtime or bepinex or both. Your root SPT install will have those folders as well. Just extract the zip and move those folders to the folder with the launcher and you've just installed a mod. Most of the mods you download can be configured from the f12 menu. SAIN uses F6 instead, and ABPS and APBS have their own separate pages you can access from the left side panel on the launcher. They all work fairly well out of the box. Some mods will need you to change a config file in order to configure them; those will be in your spt_runtime folder under the mods subfolder, look for a config text file of some kind, make your changes, and save the file.
