falloff/dropoff in general is a shit mechanic to try to enforce being a close to mid range horde shooter more, it's not enough that you have to deal with bullet drop but losing substantial damage past a certain range even if you're firing the equivalent of cannon sniper rounds isn't fun, no matter how "realistic" it may be.

Shotguns, pistols and SMGs having high drag factor really fuck them over, which is actually antithetical to how they operate in real life, especially shotguns which now operate more like video game shotguns than real life shotguns. Marksman rifles also need less drag since they're designed to be used at long range and forcing them to be closer to enemies makes them worse as a weapon class overall since their low rate of fire and small magazine size already fuck them over enough at close range.

So their task force isn't trying to fix stratagem bouncing. They're going to fucking keep the bouncing since they wanted the bouncing and think that their designs are infallible. So they're not trying to fix it at all. They're trying to figure out how to keep stratagem bouncing while also gaslighting the community into thinking that some kind of "compromise solution" actually fixes our problems.Another thing pissing people off is the new warbond. The new primary bolt action rifle was depicted as killing a hulk in one shot. The hulk was already weak. People are claiming that this is false advertising.
