I've been playing the game for a long time but I've been pondering a question for a bit:How is monster rounds not an S+ tier buy for every single character? Cult sac is also an amazing item just to let you 1-click a tier 3 for free souls and a buff. But mostly my question is for monster rounds. MR is like THE lane item IMO, there is pretty much no reason to not use it. You aren't at a point in the game where your damage is super high so you aren't always going to be brawling or chasing kills so other items like mystic burst or something are good and useful; but being able to easily delete minions far faster than your enemy can if they don't have MR is just such massive lane pressure. I've easily taken guardians at 4 minutes because of MR. And at 800 (-400 when you sell it) really isn't even that big of a deal at any stage of the game
